As we all continue on and in our life’s journey, we will need to learn better coping skills, have more awareness of ourselves, our surroundings and our purpose. We must realize there’s more to our physical living that completes us, we need to slow down and take those deep breaths and make our daily life less chaotic and more purposeful. Learn to take notice of insights & messages, be more careful and caring, eat food for nutrition not just taste, make time to enjoy more and stress less. In doing so, we can “Create Pleasant Memories” and more efficiently utilize our energies. My blog here hopefully can be shared and be a positive voice.
